1. Place your order and make payment. You will receive an automated email to confirm your order.


2. Reply to the order email with a photo of your pet. Or email it to liz@elizabethsparg.com along with your order number.


3. Please ensure your photo is clear, especially that your pet's face is not in shadow.


4. Your photo should show the pose you wish to have painted. TIP: Take the photo at eye level with your pet.


5. Your painting will be landscape or portrait format at my discretion, unless you specify otherwise.


6. Once the artwork is complete I will email you a picture for approval. You will have the opportunity to request amendments.


7. Shipping will be by courier.

Please allow 4-8 weeks for completion plus one week for shipping. If you need it sooner, please email me at liz@elizabethsparg.com and I will try to accommodate you.

Your pets portrait will be painted in my unique and fun style. (See sample pics before ordering).

IF YOU WANT A HYPER REALISTIC PAINTING, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU.

My style is playful and painterly, with brushwork and pencil marks showing. It can also look a little messy, and fun.

Your pet's features will be stylised to add character, charm and personality. (Let me know what they are like - grumpy, happy, shy etc). I will do my best to capture their likeness in my style.

The entire page will not be filled - the background surrounding your pet, will remain white and there may be some paint or pencil smudges on the paper, which is the proof and charm of hand-painted art.

No Shipping?

Digital files can be sent instead of original art. Please select the “Send digital file only – no shipping” option at checkout.

 

Refunds:
No refunds will be given for custom-made artwork.

Returns:
If your painting arrives damaged**, you may return it for a new one.
**Damaged means it is torn, folded, filthy or unusable as a result of shipping and delivery.

Please be aware that since this is hand-painted artwork, the page may have some paint or pencil marks, creases, or a bit of messy paint smudges here and there from where the artist’s hand moves over the paper. This is part of the charm of hand-painted art and is not grounds for return. (The artist will use her judgement on whether or not any marks on the page deem it necessary to repaint the piece, before shipping anything out.) Returns are shipped to the artist (in Westville, Durban) at your own cost.

Once a returned artwork has been received and inspected, a replacement will be made and shipping of the replacement will be free of charge.

No replacements will be made for paintings that are not received back.
